Piotr Kowalczyk

Partner

Piotr builds Chapter 13 plans and handles foreclosure cases.

Piotr came to bankruptcy law from a few years at a mortgage servicer, where he learned how lenders decide what to offer. Now he uses that on the other side of the table.

He likes to sketch a client's plan on paper at the first meeting, month by month, so the numbers are something you can hold.

How Piotr works

A plan only works if you can make the payment in a bad month, not just a good one. I build in room for that.

If your hours get cut or the furnace dies, call me. Plans can change, and the sooner we know, the easier it is.
