What we handle

Chapter 13: a plan to catch up and keep what's yours

Chapter 13 is a repayment plan the court approves. You make one monthly payment to a trustee for three to five years, and the trustee pays your creditors. While the plan runs, the mortgage company, the car lender and collectors have to follow it.

We build the plan around your actual budget, so the payment is one you can make.

With us, it includes

  • A plan drafted around your real budget

  • Every hearing on your plan

  • Changes if your income goes down

  • Our fee paid through the plan

Good to know

Why people choose it

  • Behind on the house

Spread missed mortgage payments over the plan instead of paying them all at once.

  • Behind on the car

Keep the car you need for work, sometimes at a lower payment or interest rate.

  • Income over the limit

If you earn too much for Chapter 7, Chapter 13 can still clear what's left at the end.
